If you don't love your Purple Pineapple Apparel purchase, simply return it within 40 days for your money back! (Excludes Clearance - All clearance are final sale.)

Refunds

Email me at PurplePineappleApparel@yahoo.com to request a return label. No questions asked. Slap your label on the package and leave it out for your postal worker to pick up. Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at PurplePineappleApparel@yahoo.com.


Exchanges

We welcome exchanges for a different size (if available). Just make sure to return it in the condition you received it in.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at PurplePineappleApparel@yahoo.com


Gifts

We will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.


Shipping
